Yes. Tutorials have been posted on how to make this stuff work. I posted one in the tutorials section. It's really not hard.

3 - Select your process as iw4mp
4 - Go into private or public lobby, recommend using lobby tools and forcing host
5 - Choose what you want No Reload = 0.0001 (639C144) (Value...)
6 - In the value section replace the original value and replace it with 0.0001 or 0

Not hard to make, but MW2 is pretty much a dead section, people will do anything now days for a decent cheat and download anything... These days lol... Anyways, congratulations on your release. It's a good start.
