I consider, if you want to start learn something?
Try something easy first. Try some, autoit or languages like that. Just to help you engage with programming. Then when you got enough hand? Try something harder, like C+ or AJAX... Then you can go further like C++, C#, PYTHON etc.

Just my advice, lol.
#First post.
U can learn programming with online tutor, https://www.tutoronline.net . I think it's cost efficient and you don't have to spend money on the road. + Your teacher can explain the most difficult for you themes.
I would really recommend learning something that you are already passionate about. For instance, a 4 years ago, when I started learning to program, I started with Java because then I could make minecraft plugins.

If you have a game that you enjoy doing, or want to learn something in particular, do it. That gives you a purpose or motive for learning. No matter what language you learn then, you will have a drive to learn it.
C# then java!
You should only do C++. I'll list why down:

- Starting with .NET will make you really lazy and C++ will seem harder as .NET is extremely easy.
- If you want to make hacks, C++ basically has everything you'll ever need to do that.
- Going to other useless languages such as Python (at least useless if you want to make hacks), is just unnecessary.
