Cheat engine has tons of features barely anyone is familiar with. Most people use it for what you just explained. The differences are on the homepage of CE, it's not like anyone cares about it though (or know what they are).

hey when i try to use it on engine.exe it tells me its unable to attach the process. I have windows 7, and i tried running as admin. does anybody know how to fix this?

Edit: something to do w/ the new patch maybe?

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. i keep geting this error on a admin acc so i dont know wht to do
