Clan Changing script?

I see people around in competitives who have their clan names changing, and it looks bad ass! Any way to make this?

Its literally just a bind ingame you bind each of the tags to the "WASD" keys.

This is taken from the aimbot,wallhack,bhop groups

bind "w" "+forward;cl_clanid 10088900";
bind "a" "+moveleft;cl_clanid 10088895";
bind "d" "+moveright;cl_clanid 10109772";
bind "s" "+back;cl_clanid 10088936";

This would change the clan tag ingame whenever you press these keys.
If you search around you can make animated ones as well.
