Help

HELP my warrock wont start. I tried to doo all the stuff on your video tutrials and it still doesnt work. I download and uninstalled warrock 16 times!! ( not joking). OK here is my problem.
When I click warrock launcher. It comes with the usual first screen where you have to press ok yeah I did that with no problems. Then come the next screen with the Game Start button on it but the butten is shaded out and I cant click on it. Here is the print screen.

I left the screen like that for 8 hours but it still wont work.

warrock has worked on my computer but I found it boring a t first so i Unistalled it then my friends started playing it so i downloaded it againg and it wont work. I will be so happy if you can help me.
Additional information.
My computer is windows vista 32 bit
my antivirus is bitdefender.2009 total protection.
