So after I installed Win 8.1 and redownloaded CSGO I tested it.
Because Iam paranoid I started with every Client 1 Casual Game for 1 Round and after that I started DM.
5-6Clients at the same time in atleast 3x DM (30Mins +) - not a single VAC Error.
Unluckily my RAM Usage went up to 95% (before i had 70-80%) so i cant test more than 6 Clients at the same time.
Also I dont have more RAM available currently - will order some - or someone knows how i can reduce the RAM usage.
As far as i can tell now, fresh Win 8.1 install, only Drivers like Lan, Audio, Usb3, a pretty old graphic Driver (nvidia) and before going into DM starting for 1 Round Casual, it survived for atleast 3-4 DM.
Would be great if someone could test it with more ram or atleast someone who doenst have the Problem with the high ram usage.

ok,gonna install 8.1 later today and try with my 16gig RAM 
So - i would say it works on 8.1
Clean Install Win 8.1 Home/Basic (No Update from Win 7 or something else).
Installed Lan, Audio, Usb3 Drivers. Nvidia 368.81 Drivers. No ShadowPlay - Checked the "Clean/New Install" at the Installer from the nvidia Driver.
I didnt disabled the user account control. So it popups everytime i start a sandboxie with csgo.
Downloadet Steam with Internet Explorer.
Downloadet CSGO under C://Progamx86/steam
Played with one Account for 2 Minutes DM.
Installed Sandboxie 5.14 - activated it.
Did 10 Sandboxies.
Started and logged into every Account.
OPTIONAL: Played with every Account (in the sandboxie) 1 Round Casual - (Iam not sure if that helps, didnt worked on Win10, didnt tried on Win7) But u have nothing to lose if you try it.
After the 1 round casual i went to Deathmatch - and waited till 3 Deathmatches were over.
Also joined a private Server with vac enabled - for arround 20-30 minutes (maybe more).
No vac error so far.
Cant try it in Matchmaking cause my 8GB RAM Limits me.
I hope it helps - will try matchmaking probably in 4 Days.

yep, 8.1 works just fine, did a clean install, drivers, even win updates and had 3 MM matches without single problem running 10 boxes at once !

now, to make your work even easier, there goes my script for auto-run:
create a .bat file and use this code
replace /box:01 with the name of your sandboxie instance (for example, if the name of the box is "bot1", then you would use /box:bot1)
replace youraccname & yourpass with steam login
in case your sandboxie and steam files are stored elsewhere, adjust accordingly
speeds up the process a lot
btw. anyone using some proxy to reach low-population servers to get easier match? any recommends?
