According to Sileex they have found a fix to the exploit and the game should be up in a few hours
this was said in the maintenance post on r/rotmg

It's just a missing null location check on object creation. No need to mess with border stuff.

Changes:
Sprite worlds now have a 1 tile wall boundary on the very edges to prevent an exploit that was going on.
