Mobile Authentication question

So I linked my phone to one of my accounts and it got vac'd when that happened I removed the attached phone number. So the question is if I add my number to another account will it get vac'd cause of the previous number been under a vac'd account.

You won't be able to add that number for another 3 months because Valve blacklists it when an account with it gets banned, although, after those three months you could add it and won't have to worry about getting vacced
