How do you do it?

As I've been looking around on the forums I'v been seeing people talking about a new duping method in Realm, may anybody care to explain or tell me it?

they find some backdoor content analizing some open ports of the websyte, then upload a metasploit to get little access... lol, easy to say, hard to do jaja. GL
