vb6 problem

I downloaded vb6 from here....

I opened the file and clicked on the .exe. it opened a small widow called Winrar self extracting archive. and it had a destination folder preset so i didn't use the browse button. i pressed extract. Then i got really lost so i did the whole thing over again except i browsed and put it in a place i could remember. I went to the place i saved it and there are a bunch of files there. what do i do now? Am i supposed to find an install file or something?

for me it says can't find file adn tahn tehre is a number with .DLL
and basically i need help too
can some just send me a unpakced VB plz

i found 2 files that might be it ...

1)ACMBOOT
Ms-setup Exe
microsoft corporation (pic of a comp)(asks for a cd key)

2)SETUP
setup
microsoft corporation (a kind of colorful sideways figure 8 icon) (asks for a product id number)

Please tell me if either of these r what i want and if then how do i get the cd key or id number?
