No. If he did, it was removed. VAC Disablers generally are frowned upon when released publicly. It's even not allowed in some places; VAC Disablers are an even darker version of normal hacking. Legal trouble awaits.

Bluthera said it all ; You won't probably find one that is actually working unless you are actively part of the hacking scene and a close friend of some damn-good coder.
Be careful out there, Lot of poeple like to steal accounts and stuff, Don't try out everything that is labeled "Vac Diabler", Most of them are Outdated / Viruses / Loggers / Etc.
And if you do find one, What would surprise me, Keep it for yourself unless given permission, Period.

LoL. I know people that have private VAC disablers, aimbots, esp, and etc.

LoL, I don't have one. I've asked them out of pure boredom, but they refused, and I'm not the type to pester. Ah well, I only attempt hacking when I'm really annoyed. And I haven't yet. I was going to with Koen's a few minutes ago, but it crashed, so I played legit as always LoL.
