You need to download a source from the Tutorials/Source Code section. Install a varying version of the Microsoft .NET Runtime Environment, depending on the source. Get the latest version, and substitute if needed. Get a C# compiler. Install a MySQL daemon, preferably XAMPP/WAMP.

If you need to, grab a Flash compiler for an AS3 source.

Compile the needed assemblies and then run them. Follow any setup necessary for a database.
