[FSOD] Xampp help

I'm currently setting up Fabiano's source for myself to play around on, but I am stuck on an obstacle. When I open xampp, I cannot start the apache server. I have tried changing ports to 8080 and 4433, but that didn't work. I'm not even sure if those would fix anything, as they are not ports used for http... But regardless. This will be my first time setting up a server, and I hope to learn through playing with it, and reading the useful guides you wonderful people have put out there! Thanks!

Note: Skype was completely closed and my firewall was off. Nothing was/is using ports 80 or 443 as of now. Also tried running as admin.

Edit: Here are images for the ports set in my config files. Did I screw anything up? Do I have to change anything else/revert any changes made?

edit: I have found the source of my problem. system and compressed memory were occupying my port 80.
