What items it is possible to get via quest load? I caught the "Dual Bonebreaker Cutlass" who is rare with quest load. I tried to search some items and I discovered the "Champion Blade of Nulgath", I do not tested if is possible to got him.
Who other rare items is possible to get with this method?

To share something I just recently found It's called WerePyre Slayer set. You only need Combat Trophies.
Edit: the Dual BoneBreaker Cutlass can't be obtainable anymore due to AQ removing the piratewar map (maybe in preparation for TLAPD)
More to add to my recently found quest ID that gives out rare item. Best of all, it's all ACs.
First of all: Do Quest ID 4103 - Purgatorio Charade then turn it in until you get the rare mace item "Wooden Purgatorio Coin" (took me like 5 turn ins and the quest requires you to defeat plenty of bosses so use your best class)
Second step: Do Quest ID 4104 - Dead Ringer... Master and you can receive rare random drops such as Ringermaster Zazul armor, Zazul's face, Lead Purgatorio Coin and Dual Lead Purgatorio Coin. It will take awhile until you get it all.
