SolvedItems on a VACed Account

I got VACed on CSGO due to a hack on here. (Obviously my fault as there were many warnings.) So, my Steam profile had some expensive items VACed due to the account being apparently linked to a smurf. I am desperate to get the CSGO items out of this account, I will PAY you to get them out PLEASE

Not possible. Once you recieve a VAC ban on CSGO on that account with the items. They are permantly stuck there.
