SolvedServer.exe Problem

So just the other day I was trying to add the FSOD Shatters that Mike made. Well, after I couldn't get it to work and couldn't fix my server I decided to just extract the server again from Winrar and restart. Well, now I get this error. Restarted my computer and re-extracted the server from winrar multiple times and I even re-downloaded it from github. I just don't know why. I can't open server.exe anymore without getting the error. I have xampp all set up and I've opened my server before.

Have you tried running it as administrator? I have never touched FSOD before but it says access is denied so might as well try. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
