ok guys can some help me im trying to mod but im reading the instruction ok but i cant find the DTXFormat.8b can someone help i look in the mods packet i download and looked in the plugin/filformat but there only 3 file isnt there sappose be DTXFormat.8b there or what cuz i got everythingt adober photo shop too

when your like costumizing the weapon and stuff there a format file and idk where it is its sappose be in a plug in but i cant fidn it
