Permanent Bans Being Issues

There have been instances where that ban you have can last 4-12 hours from what I've seen but it doesn't appear to be a permanent ban. I believe permanent bans are when they can't fetch your information.

1 of my friends used this and got unbanned after 2days i tried this aswell today im waiting for an answer ^^ we got this reason to get unbanned from an user in reddit

Probably not true, their server can only handle one GPS Request at a time per account. You were hacking, you got banned, plain and simple.

help me with this simple question please, i've been in this way for 12 hours, this mean i have to wait 24hrs ?

Rest in peace bots. I just sold accounts too so can I expect to have them charged back?

Probably not, unless the person that bought them botted them, but its only happened to recently botting accounts.

what a sadly news =( ... im botting since lvl 23 and reached lvl 34 ..i still can log in the game but cant spin pokestops and catch pokemons soo i think that i was just softbaned ..i wanted to reach lvl 40 but i will stop bot for a while ... =(

Yours may only be 4-12 hours

Surprisingly none of my accounts are banned.

So, what type of problem do i have ? any great mind can help me ?

Blizzard has tried to take bossland down for years, i believe his bot (pokefarmer) will remain, we just risk getting a ban.
