Permanent Bans Being Issues

First of all, if your going to start a thread, be prepared for people to comment.

Secondly, I never said I was using a PC or NOX or Bluestacks or alike. Logging in with a NON official Client or logging in from a NON official operating system is a 100% DETECTABLE, eventual BAN!

I use 2 phones (1 account on each) on Prepaid mobile accounts. I use the OFFICIAL up to date Pokemon app from the store. I fake the gps from the OS and Pokemon GO currently cannot detect if my OS is modified.

Both these phones have NEVER used WIFI or shared an IP or ran anything but Pokemon GO.

I manually play the game and do not spoof more than 5km's from my location so I use the SAME Cell Tower incase they look at that, which they CAN, but currently don't. Lucky for us they have a massive player base that slows the down from implementing higher security measures, while trying to reduce false positive bans ( which they have done a poor job on thus far ). I also play the game with out spoofing as well from the same device with spoofing turned off.

I don't play at 4am when my whole country is sleeping.
I don't move km's/hr.
I won't play for 3 hours straight.
I play in areas with close Pokestop's that have constant lures.
I make subtle walking movements so as to not stand in the same spot.

People, anyone that uses ANYTHING other than Android or iOS running on an PHYSICAL ORIGINAL device, it is 100% DETECTABLE and you WILL be BANNED when they want to ban you!

Mainly 3 types of people in this community play this game. Ones that want to sell accounts to make money, which will all get banned as they have to bot to do it. The second, is people that want to PLAY the GAME, but just want an advantage for whatever reason. The third, is people that just want to sit in front of a computer and want to watch numbers counting upwards, you caught this, you caught that. Sadly, they will ALSO be BANNED. Which one are you?

Anyone that didn't learn after the first ban wave is wasting their time. At the moment it's all detectable. Even if a time comes again where it is not, they will learn to detect it and before banning, flag very large amount of accounts, then do a ban wave.

As for you Naga, I have been using my method since the beginning of Ingress, which i'm at max level , and i'm well known in the community I play in. I was always in the top 5 in my area. I only stopped to play POGO.

I survived their ban waves and Pokemon's so far. I have vast technological knowledge. And most of all, I have COMMON SENSE. In future, maybe before calling someone a liar, try asking them some questions like "How, exactly do you do it?".

Is it really permanent? I got this message but I dont get any emails of ban appeals or some sort

Same i haven't had any emails or anything on my main account, but on my second account i got an email saying my account as been terminated
