Most of the bans are not permanent.
Try logging in with the latest version of PokeFarmer and it will tell you how long your ban will last.

So, if you can log in but you can't farm at pokestops or can't catch pokemon it's mean temporary ban?
But if you can't login and it says "failed to get data from the server" that's mean you got perma ban?

those who were not affected by the latest mass ban, what walking speed do you set? Also how much xp per hour you produce?

I tried to bot a new account with the latest version of pokefarmer 1.0.101, speed 10.6 km/h with less than 20k exp/h for about 2 hours, subsequently was banned for 12 hours.
Sniping still safe to use?
Speed and xp/hr are not the only parameters
I dunno if I'm banned 'cause I keep spinning pokestops getting xp and items but no pokemons are shoing up to catch
I guess it's the IP, so if we are farming from home in a foreign country we will need to spoof the ip or else it's a sure ban

I used bot yesterday until 4pm then it said didnt found any pokestop. I used phone with wifi to enter and didnt see any stop, but when change to 3g, it worked. Then the bot work fine again but only can spin pokestop, all pkm flee. About 10h late it said could load player data.
Just a question,
Does all the bans seem to be hitting just the botters? Are the casual spoofers like me who just sit somewhere near my IRL real location and stand in bewteen a couple pokestops farming (without moving) safe? Or should I be cautions as well?

well I'm perma banned....I was only using 19km/h speeds and going around my local city that I live right next to. I also havent botted in over 2 weeks so my guess is if youve ever used a bot you will be perma banned sooner or later
