For me, I can't catch pokemon (always flee after first capture) and can't spin stops. Also not getting xp from 3 evolves I've done since noticing the other symptoms. I haven't tried a gym yet tho. Hopefully, from what I've read on here, since I can still log in and it reflects accurately where I actually am, I'll be fine after a few more hours. It's been 12 so far tho, so fingers crossed as this is my main!

that account is not banned as a played in the gyms also and used pokestops manually
using "legit setttings" on your bot won't be of any help, Niantic has the option to see what OS you're comming from (has to be android/iox), see if your device is rooted, if the one talking to the server is acually the app itself, and not a modified version or bot.
There are still ways to bot, but they involve alot of time to setup and require you to still catch them manualy (or have a robot arm :P)

Is it possible that the pogo team want to confuse everybody as much as possible and just randomising the punishments dished out,, this wave has caused much speculation, I have had no email to say I am unable to play the game nor have does it say it anywhere, at least with steam and origin it usually told you that you were banned.
I think the next week may be an interesting one, I am so glad I kept my legit account separate and was not tempted to cheat on it
The funny thing is my allegedly banned account has a pokemon in the gym, he has been there for a few days and I am still able to pick up the coins today and catch pokemon, just cannot spin pokestops.

how many were farming in the US when they got their ban, my account was in new York, all others are fine ??

Rip Failed to get game data from server XD , it was cool while it lasted
