Maybe i'm wrong but, some people are saying, the servers are in Maintence, sort of , idk, and thats why some people are getting this error "Failed to get game data from server" , me for example, i was good some minutes ago, the only issue was not get items from pokestops.

Dam it! I am sorry for anyone who got banned. I was fortunate enough not to and have my account at lvl 36 with 143 pokemon in my pokedex.

Please stay on topic regarding the permanent bans and info from Niantic / Developers of bots. Anything else will be reported and deleted.

I have a feeling there will be a second wave of mass ban, then all banned from the first ban would be unbanned. Just a guess.

Yeah within the past hour my account was, from what I can assume, banned. I used the PokeBotNinja tool, and that worked great till I think update 17 or so whenever they introduced the actual map, thats when I got my first every soft ban. I always kept it focused on London and any time I wanted to move it to a different part, I actually logged for the time it would take, I had got to level 30 with something like 128 pokemon indexed and just kept it at default speeds.
