Permanent Bans Being Issues

yo bro. that's harsh -- it's a permaban.

If anyone is curious as to whether or not you've permanently banned you can create a new Pokemon Go account, log into it and do the beginning tutorial, upon selecting your name you should enter the name of the account you think is banned.

Example being, if you're botted accounts name is Naga, on the new account try and use the name Naga, if it lets you choose it then you are indeed permanently banned, if its not banned then it won't allow you to choose that name.

Obviously this can change if someone else may have changed their name to the one your account previously had.

maybe u using snipe or telepot ? cos so far all my account without snipe or teleport is working and i set only below 5km and didnt bot to long.

I sent appeal to request ban removal yesterday, this morning I found an email from them:

This email doesn't mean anything, I've tried sending the ban appeal from a clean new account that has never been banned, just to see how they will reply, and they responded to me with the same "consider your account permanently terminated" thing, even tho this new account I've made is not banned and I can easily access it.

The Email means something, what you did to get the Email means nothing.

no using teleport and snipe i use full account all time tokyo disniland

I think ninatick check accounts and ban hight lvl account (me lvl 35)

I also have the same problem and I tried to use the same nickname it wouldn't let me.

Into allowed for more than 48 hours.

Well, i have issue failed to get game data before, now it changed to "Our Servers Are Humbled By Your Incredible Response" and that account's name cant used by new account. What happening?

I have this "bann-screens" and made a new account, my name is also not avaiable AND a friend sent me a screenshot were my account is still in an arena!
