You should have stopped botting after the first api update. Consider any form of botting or spoofing 100% detectable.

hello guys.Today i opened my pokemon go before going to school and after i came and opened pokemon go it says "failed to get data from servers".I used bots to level up and even sniped some pokemons.I was level 29.But 2 days back i opened my pokemon go on my phone cause i got scared to get a ban and i thought i wont do anything now.Before that i only played pokemon go on Bluestacks.So guys is it a permanent ban or what?Please help me.
Yeah that's a Ban, can't tell if its a perma ban but is a Ban.
i have the message about 4 days now i think my lvl 40 acc is gone 
Its probably a hardban, they just did a huge ban wave a few days ago. You can submit a appeal but i doubt they are going to let you free with all that pokemon in your inventory.
if you botted in another state or even country and opened up your game where you live you were probably banned for the teleport. Dont open your game up on your device unless you have location services turned off they are cracking down on it
yeah thats a ban. some say its a perm ban but not 100% sure right now. I am also banned on 2 accs.

i made a experiment about this "perma ban" .. i have an account and i get the same error " failed to get data from the server" ..well many players are saying that is a perma ban but i created a new account and when the game asks for a nickname i put the same nickname as the banned account and it says that i cannot choose that nickname as if the nickname and the acount still remains in his servers but locked ...
