Permanent Bans Being Issues
if I try to log into 1 of my ptc acc it says " our servers are humbled by your incredible response. We are working to resolve the issue please try again soon! "..it did that yesterday also...so is this some kind of ban?

Yeah its a ban. I have the same issue with my lvl 31 purely botted account.
well maybe this is my suggestion, if you're guys botting in other country u have to botting to ur country especially ur town before u open or play the PO GO, to make it legit or pretend that ur last place is in your town. 
Nope I have only remained in my home town and never teleported never walked over 7km/hour and for some reason I got the error!! WTF!! I am freaking pissed off!!! I didn't even cheat!! I am just on a sabbatical from work and can play quite a bit! this is ridiculous! I use my gps watch to make sure I stay at 7km/hour for egg hatching... WHy the heck pokemon that is a lot of freakin time that I will never get back!!!

I know your feeling, but in your case, you still violate their rules, for them, gps spoof and bot is the same, so, permen ban
