Permanent Bans Being Issues

logged in got the failed error..clicked the sign out button logged back in gave me " our servers are humbled by your response"

After 20 hrs, finally unbanned.

Okay so i had the ban were i could fight in gyms and everything i could not spin poke stops though i could tapp on pokemon but sadly had no balls left id say i was banned like this for roughly 12 hours so do not be to worried if you having my problem i also sent in a ban appeal hopeful they dont read it and fuck me

finally unbanned after almost 10 hours ...snipers its geting ban too?

Just to confirm. "Failed to get game data from server" unbanned from this ? or other thing ?

This afternoon I couldn't spin pokestops but I could catch stuff with not problem, however I have been getting the "failed to get data from server" error for at least 4 or 5 hours now. I haven't gotten an email or any notifications regarding a ban and my username is still unavailable. My second account that I also botted on works fine. Is this temporary? Has niantic addressed the bans any further than the appeal process?

I've got the "Failed to get game data from the server" error on both my accounts. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, doesn't work. I've been having the issue since last night. It doesn't appear to be IP based as my account on another phone on the same address can log in with no problems.
I guess we just have to wait for either an email, an unban or a statement from Niantic.

for those getting the Failed to get game data from server it means that youre now perma banned from the game. Ive read articles and some posts about that.
