MY banned user name is now available for an account to be created through the PTC website.

IF you want to know if you got permed banned or not, try to create a user name with your Existing user name!

I think it could be a timed unban as most accounts are unbanned at same time, I can confirm my account that could not use pokestops now can, I have played it sort of legit for the last hour evolving and playing at gyms but still using bluestack and fakegps

i hoping to be lifted, cuz like some people said, Niantic did not said anything about Permanent Bans

I haven't really posted at all, mostly just downloaded the bots and having a second account botting like ''crazy''.

I'm from Spain and I live in the middle of nowhere, little village in the mountains...
So no pokestops nor gyms near me, closest to me is about 5km away.

I decided to bot, I've had a main account which I play completely legit with for when im away from home and the bot account.
I've had that running basically over 18h daily with pokefarmer.
Walking speed, taking breaks at random pokestops and sometimes even letting it rest for 2 hours every 4 hours with AHK.
Funny thing is, I literally botted from the first day in that bottom area of Central Park NY without vpn all the way from Spain and the account is still able to log in, catch pokemon, get stops and take over gyms. This account is 6 days old and is lvl 21 currently.
I might be lucky or I simply was wise enough to keep it on a mode that would seem ''legit''.
Never had it take over a gym or even leave a pokemon in one.

Either way, im leaving that account the way it is. Going to have it offline for 2-3 days and log it in on my cellphone here in Spain, so it seems like I actually ''moved''. Obviously I could be caught on the IP, but it's a matter of time or luck, that's what im guessing at least.
Even if they get the account banned I wouldn't care much tbh, I just wanted to stay on par with my friends that actually live near shit, lol.

Happened to me while i was using PokeNinja bot Lol. My accounts fine unless i'm at home using my wifi to play. If i try to bot without a vpn i get that
error.

I'm still getting "Failed to get game data from the server" after 7 hours now. I'll check again tomorrow and see if it's permanently or not.
