i bought 4 accs/subscription (some accs have more than 1 subscription, so i got 3 accs, for example)
he had one of the subscription i wanted not in stock (he offered me refund or another subsricption instead),
and there were a few other problems.
but he took much time to fix everything, and because of that he gave me one subscription more than i ordered.
