But I use a low setting, between 3 - 6 depending on what I feel like.

I'm just thinking about it if they did check the logs or however they do it, they could see pokemon caught 38974397m away and that would arouse suspicion.
But I run it on 20, 20, 5-10, then I start sniping at 15.
3000ms delays all across the board except sniping which is 15000ms delay.

Taking into account that you'll be walking at X pace, it'll take X amount of time to reach the stops, So reaching 25 stops with a walkspeed of 7 might not take too long. That is why I think higher numbers are better. What would you rather, have a couple of fewer pokemon that were sniped, or have a banned account and have to make a new one.
