i downloaded a hack named EndingBanner.exe and istruction says i have to post thanks at the public combat arms folder if is this thanks but i don't think so...

You probably have to place it in your combat arms folder for it to work

The ending banner.exe??? and yea what CRUSTY said you most likely need to put it into your CA folder.
