You've been registered in this forum since 2016, you should know better that things are very easy to find if you do a tiny bit of search and all of them are in the front page of this forum anyway, not that hard to find. Anyway if this is not the tool that you are looking for then my apologies but you said "Rank Changer Cheat" and the tool provided can do that unless you meant other things otherwise.
Requesting a tool for a survivor to join into a specific killer's lobby. At least for PC-PC joining. My friend and I used to do it on PS4 join each other's lobby with the good ol ready up at a certain time trick, but we can't do it on PC with crossplay on because there are too many lobbies, and cant do it with crossplay off because with crossplay off on PC you have a really high chance of joining the same people over and over again so they'll catch onto us being friends quickly.

Recently I've seen a lot of players use what seems to be the same sort of hack as shown in this video

Because they all seem to change the same animations, the long stun times, the supernova-like flashlights, the insta-gens, insta-heals, and the Speedhack.
Does anyone know more about this or what that sorta cheat is even called, or what to search for? Anything like a speedhack or genspeed hack would do the trick
