Is there an updated market file of the version 6.0.1? Will the 6.0.0 market file work fine too?

Requesting some sort of ESP

Features I would like it to have: ESP Survivors. ESP Killer.
Type of hack I would like it to be, (internal or external - if applicable): *internal is kind of useless because there is no good injector.
*external would be best I saw for Paladins a cheat long ago, worked great vs EAC

Yes, as I said, there is usually an updated market file in the megathread - check the most recent pages/posts. And yes, it works no matter the version, it's just a matter of having the newer cosmetics/dlcs.
