I need some help

Hello, all! This is @DareoTheOreo , I swear. I mean, this is my alt but same thing, they were made pretty close to each other. I can try my best to prove that it's me, if possible, if not I guess I'm stuck with this haha.

So, it's been quite a long time since I've logged in... and I don't know my password to the main, and the email associated with the main doesn't exist anymore.
Am I doomed?
I have an old shitty post where I explained why I made this account when my main was banned back in the day for some stupid decisions.
I wasn't sure where to post this, figured General would be most appropriate.
