It's been sitting the the FSOD source for a while and I was wondering (useless or not) how do I get it to work, what is it's purpose?

I haven't touched this in almost 2 years so I may be slightly wrong.
If you compile just that Admin Panel project, it should give you the program to run right?
Just running it as administrator should do it. The only case for which this won't work is if you database IP is not 127.0.0.1 for some reason and your db is actually from another IP
