2-Step Authentication Loop / Error

I had 2-step authentication enabled just fine, however, up until maybe about 10 hours ago I started getting this page every time I wish to log in:



I enter the code from the app and it just keeps returning to this page. I'm only able to get in my account because I disabled my 2-step authentication. Every time I re-enable it I get the same page/error/loop.

Can someone help me with this? I'm going to re-enable 2-step while I wait for your response. Thank you.

This is also happening to me now, however it's only when I try to log in with a different IP then what I originally had with my first sign up with the authenticator. Even though I put in the correct code it keeps bringing me back to that page and I can't do anything. If I switch to the old IP it will remove the validation page.
