Any chances on transfering your paypal balance to WesternUnion, since my paypal is usa made, and I live in europe.
If you have any ideas, simply mention me since I don't check marketplace talk a lot.

should work, i think the paypal region is only for shipping items, and even that said region can sometimes be changed if u request it from support

So you only need to change PP to WesternU? I think people can do this for you if you're willing to exchange or whatever

well haven't seen anyone on mpgh do it.
Also can be bitcoin too doesn't matter.

Many people are selling BTCs for PP balance, check the Currency Exchange section.

Well my problem is I live in Europe, and my paypal is USA, so I can't withdraw it, and I want to get it on my hand for real, any idea?
