This is a straight up noob question here, so please bear with me.
I've been tryna learn C++ for nearly 2 months now and haven't been quite able to pick hardly anything up. I've heard that VB is a good beginner's language. I just need to know if it can be as powerful as C++ when creating hacks. Can it be? Can VB be used to create hacks for games like CA at all? I have no knowledge of which languages acan and cannot, so pleas epost your ideas here.
