Google Play App "Refund"

Don't you think the new Google Play 20 or 30 mins rule where you can refund any app is a bit unfair on the developer?

For instance, I used it once where I installed a paid system cleaning app, and was easily able to clean my system and then refund after and repeat the process when you need to do it again.

What are you're guys thoughts on this?

Wasn't it a full 24 hours before?

this probably depends on the laws in his country, in Australia you could technically get a refund at all times if you were not happy or satisfied with the software and you keep claiming that you were paying again to see if they had improved on what you thought they had dissatisfied you with beforehand but had yet to fix your problems so you're asking for a refund rinse repeat

All depends on a country, as far as I'm aware, it was about 24 hours here
