SolvedI require some assistance

Heya pals this is @Hyak, somehow my account was stolen and the pass and email were changed yesterday. I found out late right before i was about to sleep so I didn't want to deal with recovering my account until today. The person who was on my account changed my signature to " add me on skype " which is silly as I don't have a skype. Now the account is banned probably because he was doing stuff impersonating me. There is also an account he just made called "hyak1" and created two threads trying to recover my account. The only proof I have of being the real Hyak is my knowledge of my past experiences here since 08.
