Help With cA

Every time i try to run ca
I get this error Failed to delay load library mscorlib.dll(win:32 error: 127).

Its not my graphic card because i use to play CA on high graphics

PLz anyone wanna help
And I also tried reinstalling
THis problem came up when My computer crashed (Blue screen)

This dll is problably missing from your files or is either corrupted...
just download it and paste to the correct windows folder, (it must have gotten corrupted as consequence from your crash).

the only problem will be finding the corrupted dll, since its quite present all over your windows (check this prntscrn)
