How to extract XML files
How do you extract XML files from the client? I understand that some 'objects' are defined in the client's binary data. How can I extract all the other data? I'm talking about tiles.xml, complete gamedata.xml, packets.xml, enemies.xml, items.xml.

I need to get XML files like the ones that KRelay used to have in the XML folder. I know I can look at the latest KRelay's resources and see the latest XML files but I want to know how I can extract those files from the client myself.

Fabian's client updater seems to not be working.

I'll work on it.

UPDATE:
Looks like you can get Objects.xml from here: http://static.drips.pw/rotmg/product...lc/Objects.xml

Navigate to kabam(.)rotmg.messaging.impl.gameserverconnection in the client. Those are the packet ids.

Use rabcdasm or jpexs (command line) and export the as3, then format it the way KRelay does. I don't think there is any other way.

Thanks that is what I was looking for. I also need a way to get the tiles, enemies and stuff?

UPDT: Nvm, I figured it out, the enemies and items are in the 'objects' xmls (in the binary data) and the tiles are called 'groundTypes'.

Thanks.

The locations are available in the UPDATE packets. In fact, so is a lot of other data too which might be useful.

Look at this: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1146361
and this: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread...1#post11874653

there are code examples and stuff
Oh thanks, I'll have to copy some of your code since it has to loop thru each player in the update packet, will give you credit, gonna release something
