HELP WITH TEACHABLE PERKKS?
Hello, I used like one monh ago Serg's method to earn BloodPoints to max new characters - Nurse update... I cheated prestige three and I didn't take care about teachable perks for those characters.. Is there anyway to get their teachable perks?
If I change their lvls back to 30 no perks will show up and I really want that Nea's perk..

You didn't need to reset the ranks. Did you notice when you grinded the blood Web that orange perks appear? Those are the teachables. You need to keep grinding every characters bloodweb until the orange version of their perk appears (at 35, 40, 45)

I problaby didn't say it good, but I skipped those levels and they wont show up now!

Use the new feature in the last update, the shrine. Same thing happened to me they will show up in it. Anyone know if you can use ce to change the amount of shrine points?
