Can anyone make a program that when u go into champ selecet a notepad or something pops up saying RUNES AND MASTERIES , CHANGE EM

an easy tip is to learn to make masteries yourself, this way you will have one mastery page, and you change it every game, or depending on the champion you are going to play etc... after you change masteries, you will most likely remember to select the right rune page for your champion.
