ArmA 3 Locked PBO

I am currently trying to unlock a mission file pbo so i can attempt to find the money variable. Unfortunately it's locked/encrypted and pbo manager gets an error. If someone can help me to unlock/decrypt the PBO file I will be very grateful. If someone does it for me and posts it here that would be even better. I already looked at other threads here but the files I looked at did not include the money variable.

Hi @Expanded , your attachaments and comments has been deleted bcuz it's contains outside link that redirect for another webforum. @Expanded your file still have external link, plz, do not post again.
