ULTRA LAG HELP

So I was making my daily rounds through CA, then suddenly everyone was moonwalking a gliding everywhere! Then I thought maybe ill use gamebooster to reduce the lag. I close CA, then used Gamebooster. Still lagged.... So I said fuck it... I restarted my comp. IT STILL LAGGED EVERYONE WAS WAS MOONWALKING AND FLYING!!!!! I need your guy's help!
