userbar base atm:

Edit : Circle added, small particles made with brush tool, small vignette with low opacity and some cc playings

It looks nice a simple but it is way to small to appreciate.

Yeah but userbars are supposed to be small. The size I used here is 152x52.

Yeah of course, you could make a much larger image and edit it. Then just resize it to the appropriate size needed.

Like I said, it looks pretty nice and cool but it is too small for anyone to give you a full opinion.
