Looking for help with ability

Hello I wanna make custom class with ability which reduce the ability cooldown of other players by numbers or %. And i need some tips how to start with it.

What source are you using?

Well, you should take a look at Player.UseItem.cs and learn by that

Ye i know but how i can make that part which will reduce the cooldown of nearby players abilities by X number or X%

if u are doing new ability u need 2 add a comparison in the client to check which is better
