It's actually ironic how you're asking help for a hacked account here in a hacking forum.
Anything that's out of our reach is out of our reach. We can't really help you with those personal troubles.
You can only hope for good news upon reporting that to the proper support personnel of the specific company you got hacked on. (e.g. AE, Yahoo, etc)

No you dont. Just contact AQW with your previous name and what not and attempt to gain it back like that. I know AQW doesnt use automated services so thats a plus there.
EDIT: read it again and realised hes on about everything. To get your email address back it should either be linked with another email address or phone number. If it is not, microsoft offers an automated service where you type in everything about the account e.g name, date of birth, address etc and they will send you back an email in around 24hours to say whether or not you have passed the automated service.
