You need Cheat Engine 6.5.1 to use this

Have to update all operatives ( i.e Buck ) for their individual gadgets.

and how to deactive BE?

For me, under "Player Tunables", Breach Charges is the only value that can activate, Health, Reinforcements/Drones, and Specials remain (??) regardless of mode, map, or operator. all other options work fine.

Is this for online multiplayer?

Doesn't works for steam version

Is this uplay our steam version

cant use with cheat engine 6.6 ?

i used 6.6 and it isnt work in multiplayer
