If there is a quest in aqw that gives you rep without killing then a packet spammer could be possible. However, you would have to point out to us a quest for arcangrove rep that doesn't require killing.

In case you have some misconceptions packets essentially tell your bot to perform a specific function in aqw like <pickup item 324>, <put item 324 in bank>, <purchase item 324 from shop 32> or <pickup map item 320> (all in the weird compiled script of packets). They can be useful for allowing a bot to do advanced things but they only tell your aqw avatar to do something. They are not conventional for breaking the game and the functions of the game to your whim (like completing a quest w/o killing the monster that drops it, completing a quest w/o the items required, or most other things that seem too good to be true).

Map items (like ones for some rep quests) are on the other hand capable to be cheated with packets due to their nature.
